Phew! Almost didn’t make it in time, but it’s still March!
Okay, seriously now. Where did March go?
This month flew right by, but oddly enough February seemed to drag on for ages. I pretty much blame this on school and work. I feel like that’s all I’ve been doing lately. Even my blogging schedule’s been slacking this month, and this makes me very, very sad.
Anyway.
I’m back again with my March obsessions. Unlike previous months, I only have 4 things I’ve really, truly been obsessed with.
If you’re like me, motivation comes and goes. There are days where all I crave is being productive, and there are days where all I want to do is binge watch Netflix and be absolutely lazy.
These past few weeks, my motivation’s been gone a hell of a lot more than it’s been present. Trying to keep my head above water has been a struggle, but I feel like I’m slowly drowning and I can’t seem to keep afloat; all I want to do, is nothing.
I really can’t put my finger on it, but staying motivated is an artform, and it’s one I have yet to master.
There are more and more people starting to talk about bullet journaling, and I’m loving the fact that it’s becoming a popular method of planning, but I feel like the basics of bullet journaling are getting lost in the shuffle.
So many people have different styles and create content in their bullet journals that encompasses who they are, both creatively and professionally: tons of color, washi tape and different layouts, just to name a few.
For a new bullet journaler, seeing all of this can become a little bit overwhelming.

I partake in the ritual practice of getting my nails done twice a month.
One of those days just happened to be yesterday.
I always go to the same salon because a) the shellac manicures are cheap, b) they do a stellar job, and c) they have a pretty decent shellac selection.
For those of you who have gotten shellac manicures before, I’m sure you know all about the little foil fingertips and UV lights; if you get regular manicures, well, these things might seem odd to you.
